Sphero MultiPoint© provides voice & data communications and applications between multiple internal sites connecting your tele-workers, your customers and your external suppliers with your main offices. This enables a seamless and responsive development of the business value chain.

MultiPoint© is a hybrid solution, overlaid on existing infrastructure investments supporting maximum direct financial returns coupled with indirect but significant financial returns from increased turnover, productivity and efficiency.

MultiPoint© can be deployed in conjunction with Sphero Direct Voice© or Sphero Hosted© and uses the same connectivity infrastructure thereby obviating the need for additional leased lines. Sphero's unique technical solution allows all voice, data and internet traffic to be carried on the same leased lines.

MultiPoint© can also be deployed with Sphero hosted applications supporting business process realignment to yield even greater turnover, productivity and efficiency returns.

How does it work for a new Sphero customer?

Sphero installs a leased line between your office and the Sphero data centre. If any of your sites are using a PBX, a small gateway is installed between your PBX and your existing voice service provider. The gateway connects into the leased line. At least two of your sites or one of your sites and the site of a business partner must have a leased line installed to use this product. Voice and data calls destined for your other site(s) or business partners or customers site(s) will be routed to Sphero and then to the other site(s). There is no limit on the number of internal and external sites that can be connected using the Sphero MultiPoint© product.

How does it work for an existing Sphero customer?

If you are already using Sphero Direct© or Sphero Hosted© no additional leased lines or gateways are required for those sites already connected. The MultiPoint© service can be overlaid on these product configurations. Outgoing calls to those businesses and sites not part of your commercial community of interest are routed as normal.
